🗓 About Calenduuh

Calenduuh is a simple, private, always-on-calendar for macOS.
It stays visible across all virtual desktops, remembers its window size and position, and lets you quickly create:

• Appointments
• Reminders
• Notes (text or image-based)
• Recurring events
• Color-coded groups (Birthdays, medical appointments, Holidays, etc)
• Customized fonts and appearance

All data is stored locally on your Mac.

• Create reminders with repeat options (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Duplicate appointments to create follow on appointments with all of the notes

• Export all appointments and settings in Excel CSV format
• Paid version allows importing this CSV file that is editable in Excel

🚫 Features Not Included in Calenduuh Free

The free version does not include:

• CSV Import (simple but complete format with headers and documentation in the file)
• ICS Import (ICS a universal, plain text standard for sharing calendar data… used by Google calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, sports web sites, etc)

These features are available in the full version of Calenduuh.

📘 How to Use Common Features

➤ Creating an Appointment

Click any day cell in the calendar.
A window will appear where you can add a title, notes, event color, and recurrence.

➤ Adding Notes or Images

Notes support both text and images (RTFD format).
Images you paste or drop into a note are saved inside the app’s sandbox.

➤ Changing Appearance

Open the appearance settings to adjust:

• Fonts
• Colors
• Background
• Cell layout

Your preferences save automatically.

➤ Moving the Calendar Window

Drag the window to any location.
Resize freely — Calenduuh remembers your chosen size and position on the next launch.

🔒 Privacy

Calenduuh stores all appointments, reminders, and notes only on your device.
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any data.

🧩 Troubleshooting

The calendar window is missing or off-screen

Try resetting the window position by holding Option while launching the app.

Import option appear disabled

This is expected — Import feature is only available in the full version of Calenduuh.

Notes aren’t showing images

Ensure the note was saved after adding images.
Images are stored inside the app’s sandbox in RTFD format.
